Yoga Classes
Traditionally Yoga was only offered one-on-one to make sure the practice met the needs of the individual. A Yoga practice for a fit young 25-year-old female, with high stress levels should be a very different practice to that of a 58-year-old-male with cardiac and sleep problems!
Over the years Yoga has become westernised to suit our busy lifestyles with group yoga classes offered in a range of Branded styles in studios, parks and community centres across the country.
Attending a regular yoga class can be a fun social activity that leaves you feeling better.

To ensure the safety of everyone in our community, the Morning Yoga Classes at Petersham Bowling Club are currently on hold until further notice.
I do hope to start group practice with you all as soon as it is safe to do so.
